If black lives truly mattered to the collectivist charlatans who run these socialist paradises, they'd let their law-abiding citizens carry for protection. Prozis ('progressives') could care less whether blacks work themselves to death for the regime,  live off 'entitlements' and use drugs and alcohol, or murder each other--either way, to prozis, so-called "people of color" are to be used and thrown away.
