Civil Disobedience at it's Best

Yesterday (Tuesday, December 16th) was the 241st anniversary of the Boston Tea Party,  probably the single most important political incident that was responsible for the First American Revolution.

From Wikipedia: The Boston Tea Party (initially referred to by John Adams as "the Destruction of the Tea in Boston"^[2]) was a political protest by the Sons of Liberty in Boston, on December 16, 1773. The demonstrators, some disguised as American Indians, destroyed an entire shipment of tea sent by the East India Company, in defiance of the Tea Act of May 10, 1773. They boarded the ships and threw the chests of tea into Boston Harbor, ruining the tea. The British government responded harshly and the episode escalated into the American Revolution. The Tea Party became an iconic event of American history, and other political protests such as the Tea Party movement after 2010 explicitly refer to it. more

The Boston Tea Party led to the "Intolerable Acts" (acts by the British parliament aimed at the port of Boston and the colony of Massachusetts). The tyranny of the acts led to the King's tax collectors being tarred and feathered and often "run out of town on a rail." Local tories (known regime sympathizers) were given a choice of taking a loyalty oath to the Patriot cause or leaving town. Arms and powder began to be stored in centralized locations in preparation for armed conflict. Spies (secret government informers) told the military governor (General Thomas Gage) about the stores and the Patriots' actions of organizing and training. General Gage resolved to confiscate the arms/powder and sent a force of 700 regulars to Concord via Lexington on the night of the 18th of April/early morning of the 19th of April 1775. This hostile action taken by the British led to militia Captain John Parker and his men assembling and meeting the British force on the Lexington common not long after sunrise on the 19th. Before the day was out both American and British men would be wounded and killed-in-action because the common man and woman (folks just like you and I) were fed up with their tyrannical 'leaders' and their un-constitutional actions, actions directly opposed to the Rights of Englishmen starting with the Magna Charta. Because of these abuses (and many others) Americans suited up and showed up and took a stand against tyranny.

Adolph Hitler did not dismiss the German 'Diet of the Realm' (parliament) and begin to rule by decree until mid-1943, a full decade after he seized power by President Paul von Hindenberg's signing the Decree of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State. 
Despite the many constitutional problems with a presidential 'executive order' when did a presidential 'action' become constitutional and how long has the liar-in-chief been perpetrating this fraud (among many) on We the People?
When America is ruled by 'decree' and not by lawful Constitutional articles then we are no longer a Constitutional Republic!
If this information is authentic then it truly is a "high crime" and deserves the immediate attention of the chief justice of the Supreme Court of these United States.

I heard this man speak in April of 2010 at Gravely Point Park (NPS) in Virginia on the Potomac river in April (19th) of 2010. I also heard him speak at Guildford Courthouse National Millitary Park (NPS) in North Carolina in August of 2010. For an 'amateur,' the man knows American History. He knows what it will take to win back our Creator given Freedom.

Saturday Vanderboegh spoke to an estimated crowd of 2,000 strong of Bill of Rights supporters in front of the Washington state capitol. Many in the crowd were armed with rifles.

The Christmas Miracle

British and German soldiers sharing camaraderie and good will during the "Christmas Truce of 1914"

PLOEGSTEERT, Belgium (AP) — On the side of a wind-swept field covered with scorpion weed, a simple wooden cross marks a unique event in football history.
At its base, amid wreaths of poppies, lie a smattering of balls and various club pennants, all in remembrance of the Christmas Truce of 1914.
A century ago on Christmas Day, German and British enemies left their World War I trenches and headed into no man’s land in a few scattered locations on the Western Front for an unofficial truce among soldiers. Some eyewitness accounts say they were highlighted by something as remarkable as a few football kick-abouts.
“Suddenly a Tommy came with a football,” wrote Lt. Johannes Niemann of Germany, referring to a British soldier. “Teams were quickly established for a match on the frozen mud, and the Fritzes beat the Tommies 3-2.”
If not fully-fledged matches, other soldier’s diaries and various reports also spoke of balls being kicked about in friendship.more
These were the young men who had survived (British, French, and German KIA/WIA 270,000) the The First Battle of Ypres, October - November, 1914 (there were two later battles in the Ypres area) which the Germans named 'Kindermord von Ypern', roughly translated as 'The Massacre of the Innocents of Ypres' more.
The soldiers of all three armies, some of whom had been fighting since early August, had been told the usual tripe by their 'leaders' that they would be "home for Christmas" (many of them never would make it home). Suddenly, on Christmas day men spontaneously came out of their trenches from both sides. According to Lt. Charles Brockman "a huge crowd was between the trenches. Someone produced a little rubber ball so of course a football (soccer) match started," he wrote in his diary.

What really mattered is that young men who had been killing each other on the field of battle and would continue to do so for four more long years, could share camaraderie and good will with each other and remember what Christmas Day was really about despite being caught up in the midst of ambitions of empires. Thus was the European mindset then. I doubt we will ever see such camaraderie and goodwill again. I hope and pray that I am wrong.

Virginia Hall--one tough broad

From National Women's History Museum: "World War II spy Virginia Hall was born April 6, 1906, in Baltimore, Maryland.  As part of her education, she attended schools in France, Germany and Austria.  In 1931, at the end of her studies, she was appointed as a Consular Service clerk at the American Embassy in Warsaw, Poland.  Hall had hoped to pursue a career in Foreign Service, but suffered an unfortunate accident during a hunting trip which resulted in the loss of her lower leg.  Her injury disrupted her plans for a diplomatic career and she resigned from the Department of State in 1939." more
Some of you may remember I've posted a couple of times on Samuel Whittemore. I don't believe I've ever posted about Virginia Hall. You should get to know her. She trained a battalion of French Maquisards--with a prosthetic leg. She was one tough broad.
